FWP BOWHUNTER EDUCATION POSTED

FWP has posted on their web page the 2010 Bowhunter education classes. There does not seem to be any classes being held in Polson; However, there are many opportunities in Kalispell, Whitefish, Columbia Falls, Missoula & Superior. Go to Education and follow the links to FWP or you can download a word document schedule provided by Quest Archery to us for the Kalispell area.

MEMBERS PLEASE NOTE:

After submitting your application for membership please register your name on the web site. Your membership gives you permission to the “Members Only” page which will appear under the “Home” page button after you login. This area will be for our members only and I will be posting minutes and treasurers reports from our meetings along with other information for our members. It is very simple to register:

1. Select “Register” from below the “Home” button.

2. Fill in the blanks available. Note: The display name can be your “username” or real name. This will appear to others who login and they can see you are on line.

3. Click on the “register” button at the bottom

4. An email will be automatically sent to me after you have registered and I will set you up as a member after confirming your membership and the “Members Only” area will be available to you every time you login. Also, you will have access to the “Forum” section without needing to register there again. If you have any questions or concerns please email me billg@missionvalleyarchers.com and I will try to get you an answer as soon as possible.

Help!!

I have been elected (hummm) as your new Mission Valley Archers Secretary and webmaster (or better put: I am up the well known tributary with no visible means of propulsion). I am requesting, (begging actually), for your help and input. This is not my web page, THIS IS

YOUR WEB PAGE. I am in the process of trying to learn all the ins and outs of manipulating

the information provided here and cleaning up some of the older information still present. If any of our members have current information about upcoming events, training seminars, youth shoot activities, archery information in general or articles of interest they would like to post please email me billg@missionvalleyarchers.com .

Please let me know what you like or dislike about the web page or would like to see included. I will not even try to guarantee I can get it on the page, (or off at this time) but will take it under advisement. I would like to try and get the gallery up to date, so if you have any hunting or MVA tournament pictures for 2009, please send them to billg@missionvalleyarchers.com .

June 10, 2009 -- Shoot Rule Update Information

Our divisions will stay as they are but a motion was made and passed at the May meeting that a category must have 3 shooters to make a division and have only a first place trophy to have a first AND second place trophy requires 5 shooters.  Please note that any rule changes will be posted on the web site.

This is an article on Kevin Evans who has been to our shoots in the past and many of you may know him.
